2025-2026 HCHS Schedule Change Request Form

Please scan the QR code below to request a schedule change for the 25-26 school year.

ALL requests must be submitted by 3:25 PM on Friday, August 8th.

The ONLY reasons you can request a schedule change are:

  • I am missing a core class." (English, Math, Science, Social Studies)

  • There is a blank spot or open period on my schedule."

  • One of my classes is at the wrong level." (I want an AP/Adv course instead of regular or vice versa)

  • There is a class on my schedule that I have already taken and passed."

Your School Counselor will contact you via school email with details about your schedule request.
